You will then take a scenic tour out to Brotherhood Bridge. Stand at the foot of the Mendenhall River as your driver/guide explains the glacial nature of this valley and shares stories about the significance of this bridge to the native people. The magnificent Mendenhall Glacier dominates in the background of this picturesque stop, where you can view much of Alaska’s flora and fauna.
Your return trip takes you along Gastineau Channel where you might see bald eagles in flight searching for salmon.
